Peterson’s beautiful arches and stacked terraces leave no longing for views. This Floridian plan is at home on any hillside lot or panoramic view. We show 2 levels of this plan but there is a third... level option as a lower level. This home plan has a little bit of everything for everyone, but it was designed for a very special man. We called him John Pete, and everyone loved him. His wife was a very special lady; beautiful on the outside and the inside. She adored her husband and he adored her. This home was designed expressly to house a romantic couple, specifically for her; to meet her every whim. Prestigious, yet warm and inviting, the home leans towards a southwestern style. Their children grown and gone, the master suite is all that, with an option for a walk out lower level. Her art studio could easily double as a third or fourth bedroom rounding off the house; poetry in motion.
