this is another one of our true specialties, Brenda Rand spent the
late 70's and early 80's designing homes in Oklahoma, where the
faltering economy demanded that true home designers cut cost as much
as possible. although some people had enough good fortune to afford
larger homes, the predominant amount of people needed cost busting
small cottage house plans. Brenda took this opportunity to create an
architectural method of eliminating beams and load bearing walls and
simplifying roof lines. through this simple construction method, she
allowed families to spend more money on amenities than structure. |
