Hillside House Plans

The hillside home
requires first and foremost, a hill. There is typically a walk out
lower level bermed into the hillside. From one side of the hill it
looks as if the home is one level, but from the other side, a two
level. Several of our designs offer an option for a walk out lower
level, hence the hillside house.
