Split-Level House Plans

A split level works
well with a sloped grade on for a building site. The floor level
follows the grade as it drops, creating a partial flight of steps to
access certain areas of the house. Sometimes only one level is
dropped and sometimes the house will be split into several levels. A
fun house plan to live in if steps are not a problem.
