Shipping - Returns

We ship digtal products only... Meaning we only offer downloadable files. We feel our industry kills enough trees already and that anything we can do to digitize the industry is effort well spent.

When you purchase House Plans from aboveallhouseplans.com you will receive a link to download one of several size PDF files that will allow you to print your plans locally when and if you wish to.

Being a service and only selling downloadable content, we find it difficult to do returns as we can never truly get possession of the plans back. therefore we do not offer returns. If you find you need changes to pass permit, don't hesitate to inform us and we'll negotiate your needs with your local permit office.

In short... No Returns, All Purchases are Final.
